Real Product View ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website, API, and mobile application (the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect:

Email address
Authentication credentials or OAuth identifiers (Google / Apple Sign-In)
Account preferences

Product and content data

To provide the Service we store product URLs you submit, dimensions and images you enter or confirm, generated 3D models, and usage/credit records.

Camera and AR data

The mobile app uses your device camera for augmented reality. AR camera frames are processed on-device and are not stored as a continuous video feed on our servers. Product photos you choose to upload are stored as product content.

Payments

Payments are processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, and/or RevenueCat. We receive subscription status and related IDs needed to unlock features. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Usage and diagnostics

We may collect:

App performance metrics and feature usage
Crash reports and error logs
Device type and OS version
Analytics events (for example via PostHog when enabled)

How We Use Your Information

Provide product extraction, 3D model generation, and AR visualization
Authenticate you and secure your account
Enforce subscription and credit limits
Send transactional email (password reset, important notices)
Analyze performance and fix bugs
Respond to support requests

AI and third-party processing

Product text and images may be sent to AI and infrastructure providers (for example OpenRouter and TriPo) to extract dimensions and generate 3D models. Files may be stored in cloud object storage (for example Cloudflare R2).

Your Rights

Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account (App: Settings → Delete Account; Web: Account Settings → Delete account)
Opt out of non-essential communications

Store subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple or Google settings; deleting your account does not automatically cancel platform billing.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
